Outcomes from the first Australian Appreciative Inquiry forum
On 6 October 2010, 45 people gathered at the Abbotsford Convent in Melbourne for the very first Appreciative Inquiry Forum – Exploring Appreciative Inquiry in Australia. Inspired by the global AI conference in Nepal 2009, the organisers sought to bring together Australian practitioners to harness and build on an Australian AI community and network.
Is Appreciative Inquiry just the latest management fad?

Jones poses the question as to whether the purported benefits of this technique are merely anecdotal, or whether they would stand up to rigourous empricial investigation.
