A Facilitator’s Guide to Collaborative Planning

The CoCreate Facilitator's Guide to Collaborative Planning has been designed by Les Robinson from enablingchange.com.au to assist in the implementation of collaborative environmental projects. It is based on a guide which had been previously developed for the Victorian Environmental Protection Authority’s Neighbourhood Environment Protection Program (or NEIP). The booklet contains practical information on the nature of collaboration, a step-by-step guide to the collaborative process, advice for facilitators and a suite of 'just-in-time tools' to assist in facilitating collaborative processes.
