Claudia Baldwin

Claudia Baldwin has recently completed a review of 11 case studies for the NWC project 'Water Planning in Australia'. She has a comprehensive understanding of the diversity of water planning issues across the country.

Her research towards a PhD provided in-depth interaction with communities to identify values and interests highlighting social and economic aspects of water planning and the importance of best practice community engagement to achieve procedural fairness. As a policy officer in Queensland Department of Natural Resources, Claudia contributed to key process and participation aspects during development of the Water Act 2000.
